P. smintheus sayii Immatures Photos
Caterpillars of Parnassius smintheus sayii can often be found resting adjacent to stonecrop (Sedum lanceolata ) or feeding on the plant. The easiest way to rear the larvae is to find a population of adults and then look for post-diapause larvae about 3-4 weeks before their main flight.
